Planning for the week

Sundays are a great time to plan for the week ahead. Put your workouts in your calendar so they don’t get pushed aside when you get busy. Plan and prepare your meals for at least the first half of the week. It will make it easier to stay on track if you have a plan and commit to sticking to it. As Benjamin Franklin said ” if you fail to plan, you plan to fail”. So make your plans and be successful. If you need some help formulating those plans, drop me a line, I am listening.
