Warrior Dash part deux

Well, here I am, three weeks out from my warrior dash. Egad. If you know me, you know that running really isn’t my thing. It is really the one thing about the warrior dash (besides my bete noir-the 20ft wall climb!!) that I find most difficult. I had not been out for a run in a few weeks and figured I had better get out there and put in some miles before the race. Yikes. I think I had better spend some more time in my sneaks!! Let’s just say I was a bit sluggish. Having a goal is a good way to stay motivated to exercise. Find a 5k or sprint triathlon  or other entry level event and sign up. If you need some help setting up a training plan, drop me a line. I can help. There is still time to donate to St. Jude for my race. Sure would love to be able to take a shower after the race!
