hello all. I have been thinking about a couple of new classes and was wondering what sort of interest there would be. First, I was thinking of having another Intro to kettlebells class, in case there are those of you out there who might want to join in but are not familiar with the bells. They are awesome fitness tools, working all your major muscle groups as well as cardio and super fat burning. Also, a couple of you have already expressed an interest in a step class. Any one else on board for that? Any other thoughts or ideas or things you would like to learn? Leave a comment, I am listening.
