Hear what others have had to say
“The retreat was incredible! There’s nothing more I love than doing yoga outdoors! I also love camping, but I don’t love the stress of packing everything, cooking, and cleaning up. It was so nice to just focus on what I love about camping: making memories outside! Getting to know people during the group sessions was also amazing. All the leaders made everything such a breeze and I’m forever grateful for the experience!”- C.F.
“The most amazing weekend in nature! A balance of relaxing and challenging. Sitting around the fire and talking, watching the meteor shower in the clear night sky was a reminder of how good life can be. The Yoga was focusing on the body with stretches and mindfulness, fantastic! Hiking to the high mountain lake was a group effort. The encouragement I got is what made it happen, it is worth all the sweat! I’m going back!”- C.T.
