New Year, Full Moon Self-care day

January 18th, 2025- 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Plant new seeds of calm, self-care, and peace for the start of your new year. An extra long new moon event for setting intentions around the new year.

Come join in for three hours of

Gentle yoga flow

Mindfulness walk

Full Moon journaling prompts

1 hr. Restorative yoga + Sound bath

  • Snacks and drinks will be available to enjoy throughout.

    • Please respond with any food allergies if you didn’t already specify in your sign-up form for the event.

  • What to wear/bring

  • comfortable clothing you can easily move around in.

  • Bring a warm coat for our outside walking time (Hat, gloves, and shoes also encouraged)

  • A pen and notebook for your journaling

  • You can bring your own yoga mat if you would like however, mats will be provided if you want to leave it at home.

This is a free/donation-based event

  • Bring cash or your phone to Venmo if you would like to donate to keep these events going.

Please reach out if you have any questions. If you need to cancel please send a message and let us know. It helps us to set up the right amount of mats and plan accordingly for food.

This event is held at 1820 E 17th St. Suite 190. Enter through the east side doors.
