New Year, New Moon Journaling Prompts


It’s 2024 and we are so glad you are here with us! We have a lot of fun plans for the new year and will have some new dates for community events, retreats, and online workshop options up on the website within the next few weeks. While we are in a planning mode for both Hilltop Wellness and in our own personal lives it is a great time to think about how we set goals and what we can do to make them more successful. While a more traditional approach to goal setting might be more up your alley, we are going to share some of the journal prompts we will be exploring at the New Moon Sound Bath on Saturday. If you want to join feel free to sign up below. Take some time to contemplate these prompts and maybe even set aside some time to journal and create some new intentions for 2024.

  1. How do you want to feel throughout the next 12 months?

  2. What daily practices do you want to implement to create space for this feeling?

  3. What feels like alignment within your soul and what feels out of alignment?

  4. What changes do you want to see unfold over 2024?

  5. What changes make you excited? Which makes you feel nervous?

  6. How can you prioritize your life’s work and soul’s path this year?

  7. Write a welcome letter to all of your beautiful dreams, desires, and manifestations.

  8. Write a goodbye letter to anything that no longer serves or supports your well-being.

  9. Imagine that you are planting three seeds that will grow and bloom in the next year. What are you planting?

  10. Describe the dream life you want to create for yourself as if you already have it. Express true joy, awe, and gratitude for how everything worked out perfectly for you.
